Jordan is the 3rd generation of the Austins family to work within the business and as director leads all company strategy, procedure and policies. He has worked in the Utilities sector for over 10 years and has a practical and pragmatic approach, making him ideal to solve any issues as they present themselves. Jordan has experience of multiple contract forms. With a career that has seen him transition from labourer, surfacing operative, foreman and contract manager he is well placed to deliver the trusted safety conscious service that clients expect.

Director
Sarah is the daughter of founder Monty Austin and has supported the business over many years.
She is a specialist in document management and leads the financial and administration aspects of the business. Sarah is keen to continue the legacy of service to clients as well as supporting long serving employees. Sarah is proud to create a future within the business for newer generations of the family.

Contract Manager
Mike is responsible for day to day operations as well as mobilising and managing the works within Austins. With 15 Years in the Potable and Raw water maintenance industry, he leads a team of seven confined-space trained dedicated operatives who move seamlessly between projects. Mike organises and attends site meetings. Ensures the quality of the works through robust programme management including schedules, planning and regular audit inspections.
